What We Offer
Somatic Connection Session with Ollie:
Somatic sessions are an opportunity to practice self embodiment in the presence of another person. They offer a container where you can explore how your experiences of the world may be affected by connection and disconnection with your body. They are a liberatory authenticity practice, guided by the wisdom of your body.
Each session begins with a guided meditation, to ground in the body and feel what emerges ~ what needs tending and attention. We will then use somatic and expressive arts modalities to explore, deepen, and heal your connection to Self. I will hold the space, witness, be with and gently guide you in your exploration.

Relationship Somatic Sessions:
These sessions will help you deepen your connection to your Self and to your partner(s). We will draw from a variety of expressive arts elements and somatic practices. Examples include: Authentic Movement, the basics of Argentine Tango (partner dances), meditation, movement/dance, art making ~ exercises that foster connection and empathy. This will help you tune into your needs, desires, boundaries and provide clarity around how you want to engage in your relationships.
